When I first called for information about having our ductwork cleaned, the office staff explained your procedures to me, answered my questions and concerns. I used a different company many years ago, and they did half the work compared to the work your employee, Michael did. Your price was much better than the other estimates I received. On my appointment date, your office called to see if it would be convenient for him to come early, which I so appreciated as it gave me time to secure our dog. Michael explained what he would be doing, checked with me about the dog and having to leave the door and gate opened. Our dog Charolet was crazy about him and followed him from room to room. I have already recommended Americlean to friends, and will be using your company again. I am definitely a very satisfied customer.
